DEBEGLASS - TERMINATION OPTIONS |
Method 1 - Terminating using a Debegrip Kit |
By far the quickest and most convenient method of terminating Debeglass is to use a Debegrip Terminator Kit. This method is suitable for all six sizes of Debeglass. All that is required to perform a termination, beside the Debegrip Kit, is a small adjustable spanner. Shown above is a Debegrip terminating a length of DB-5, 5 mm Debeglass. |
Details of Method 1 - Using
Debegrip Stainless Steel Kit. |
The above illustrated method of
termination, using a Debegrip Terminator Kit , provides the user with 60 - 65% of the Debeglass's yeild tensile strength. |
Method 2 - Using
Glue & Binding with Nylon Line plus Heatshrink |
The above illustrated method of
termination provides the user with 95 - 100% of the Debeglass's yeild tensile strength. |
